Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. YOU MUST NOTIFY of your concerns to discuss eligibility BEFORE sending in your return. Read below for more details. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days per that bank’s policies. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a manufacturing issue, send us an and send your item to: 3568 Frisbie Street, Bonita, CA 91902. Include a note describing in full any issues that need addressed. Once your order has been processed and shipped we do not offer exchanges or changes to your order for color, type, variance from website pictures, and/or preference.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3568 Frisbie Street, Bonita, CA 91902 ONLY AFTER contacting to discuss details and eligibility. INCLUDE in email and package: full name, order number, reason for return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping/handling costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your return and refund, will vary. Thank you for your patience.

If you are shipping an item back to us over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will try to cancel an order when you need us to, but we can’t promise that it will be caught in time. We pack items super quickly! Thanks!
